  1. Booooo on the runner’s knee! On the bright side, it’s something that you can totally overcome (so long as you actually rest and do the PT exercises) and hopefully it will be behind you sooner rather than later.

    I can’t eat chocolate now with my food restrictions and it SUCKS. I recall you weren’t eating much cheese either? I find the cheese thing the hardest. I’d kill for some aged cheddar right now.

    • Yeah, I’m not supposed to have chocolate but I do. And the only cheese I’m “allowed” is goat cheese which doesn’t quite cut it. I do like the pepperjack rice cheese slices though!

  2. Hope your knee gets better fast! I admire your dedication to NROL, sticking with the plan for an entire year…I’m terrible at routines.
