Squash! HUGE squash!
PS – I did cook up the pattypan squash from last week’s bag! I actually used a recipe for roasted squash and herbed chickpeas that Megan recommended and was planning on doing a post about but it turned out to be completely unphotogenic and totally delicious.
And the mystery vegetable of the week is … ??
More green beans of the variety that I love!
