CSA Weekly


I’m still totally loving our weekly small share from the farm but boy, I’m going to be excited to get more than mostly greens later in the season! But we got a couple of new fun ones!



I’m particularly excited about having garlic scapes! We’ve only been seeing the greens in our bag but I snatched some scapes up last time we were at the market and boy are those guys potent!


I managed to get two huge salads out if this weeks mix and am packing the carrots off with husband for snacks. I’m finding that they are hurting my tummy, unfortunately.


Now, what am I going to do with purple bok choy?

  1. I bet that bok choy would be awesome simply stir fried with some sesame or chili oil and garlic, or in an Asian-inspired salad (with rice vinegar and sesame oil dressing). I heart bok choy. 🙂
