Blanking

Last night, I fell asleep with a great idea in my mind for a blog post this morning. It even had me giggling! And this morning, I woke up, my mind was b_l_a_n_k.

Ugh. I hate that. I tried to rack my brain but no dice. Oh well.

Breakfast

Breakfast was faboosh! An old favorite!

Scramble for TWO:

5 eggs
6 mushrooms
6 sundried tomato halves
1 handful of spinach
1/4 c feta
2 Tbls Smart Balance

I love the sundried tomato/spinach/feta combo! And this was a super filling breakfast!

Ankle update!

After Pippin pushed me down the stairs yesterday morning, I definitely did something to my ankle. It isn’t super painful or bruised or swollen but it hurts to put weight on it and it did wake me up whenever I moved last night in my sleep.

The plan: I’m going to Ace bandage it up for the day and wear flats (again) and try to stay off it as much as possible. We’ll see how it goes!
