The secret to consuming a lot of water?


Spicy food!


And salty food at that! I went through 2 Siggs today!

I put leftover mahi mahi with coconut lime sauce over a bed of some sad looking spinach.


I will definitely be making this recipe again and I will definitely be cutting the salt down. I should have known better.

Morning snack was the usual HB egg, devoured before the camera came out. Breakfast didn’t do much for my today.

This afternoon, I went to pick up some antibiotics and just decided to work from home for the rest of the day. I’m starting to do the preliminary work on a couple of events we want to throw together for clients so I’ve been calling and Googling my heart out! I think events are definitely my favorite part of my job and IMO, it doesn’t happen frequently enough!
