No Messin’ Around

We made it a tiny bit shorter of a workout this morning. I just did some cardio (20 min elliptical, 15 min walking on treadmill, hill interval) and stretching.

I was a smart cookie last night and made overnight oats for an easy breakfast this morning.

A mix of oatmeal & muesli in soymilk.

Topped with strawberries, banana, almond slivers, carob chips, and coconut shreds. I wasn’t messing around, I tell ya!
