What do you do when you have half a carton of buttermilk sitting in your fridge and you are moving in 6 days?

Make buttermilk pancakes, duh!

These beauties were topped with mashed bananas, melted butter, agave, and chopped walnuts. Nothing healthy going on here!

We headed to the city for another baseball game today!

For lunch, we hit up King Street Bar & Oven.

It was our first time here. It got really good reviews online.

We started with garlic cheesy bread.

For lunch, we decided to go with what they are known for and ordered wood-fire pizzas.

I ordered the eggplant and the boy got garlic chicken.

They were super cheesy and didn’t have a wow-factor. I was really disappointed. I ate half of mine and a slice of the boy’s. I don’t really know if we would return.

Anyway, full bellies walked to the stadium. It was a gorgeous day – not a cloud in the sky!

Unfortunately, we lost today. 😦 But sitting in the sun was a great way to spend our Sunday!

While at the game, we split a lemonade. So refreshing!

Once we got home, we pounded out a hard hour of packing.

Obviously, my kitchen is in shambles.

We had the perfect dinner planned for this situation!

I received a complimentary Buitoni Meal For Two through Fooduzz’s Tastemaker Program.

I was happy to see “All Natural” and even though the ingredient list is long, it’s all pronounceable!

I steamed some asparagus to go with the ravioli.

Overall, I thought this was pretty good. And it was ridiculously easy to make which is AWESOME.

It was $10 for the meal for two though but given the convenience factor, it might be worth it to keep one of these on hand for emergencies. It’s healthier than grabbing a pizza on the way home and cheaper than dinner out!

I really had a good weekend! 😀 And we have a crazy week ahead of us! Wheee!
