Grilling In The Sun

Last night’s dinner was a perfect way to end a great but a very indulgent one!

We took advantage of the still gorgeous weather by firing up the grill.


I marinated a zucchini and a summer squash in EVOO, lemon juice, and 1 tsp of Mediterranean Sea Salt then threw them on the grill.


We also cooked up some Morningstar Spicy Black Bean burgers topped with pepperjack cheese.


I also threw together a random bulgur salad: green onions, craisens, edamame, salt, almond slices, and the remainder of the marinade from the zucchini and squash.


I made some homemade guacamole to top the burgers with.
