Had a great phone interview! Got a second interview lined up for tomorrow afternoon!
Dinner was yum!
Basically sautéed the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and links together.
Then added in the 3 diced roma tomatoes, rinsed kidney beans, some salt and pepper, and a few splashes of tiger sauce.
I served it over wild rice on spinach and it was delicious!
Yummy!

Sounds Great! Much easier than the version I tried to mimick after Ron’s return fromNew Orleans.
I really enjoyed this dish. It looked amazing and tasted even better. I sure am going to miss having a stock pile of venison. You’ve done a terrific job creating unique ways to use it up. Too bad I don’t hunt. Maybe we should drive to Montana and pick some more up from your mom and Lonnie?……..Ok, maybe not. I think we’re done driving to Montana and back for awhile. Hehe.
