French Toast with Raspberry Syrup

After 10 solid hours of much needed beauty rest (did you see last night’s pictures?!), I pounded out a quick breakfast.

Jodus and I tag-teamed the efforts of cleaning the kitchen and making breakfast.

There was french toast.


Batter: eggs, cinnamon, soymilk, ground flax.

There was raspberry syrup.


Just raspberries + sugar, nuked.


And there was juice.


Carrot + apple, freshly juiced.


And there was coffee.


With soymilk + agave for me. And Irish Cream for the men.

Today’s agenda: pumpkin carving and chili eating. 😀

  1. I love the juicer that your dad gave us. Your home-made juice always turns out so well.

    This breakfast was pretty darn good! We make a good team……just need a bigger kitchen so we’re not tripping over each other. Hehe.
