Open Your Pie Hole






So. Good.


In the mix for 2: 1 cup oats, 2 cups vanilla soymilk, 1 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp cloves.


Toppings: Spoodge of agave, sprinkling of cinnamon, toasted walnut pieces.


Better than pumpkin pie.

  1. Looks delish. I’m going to try to feed this to my husband this weekend. He’s freaked out by pumpkin in oatmeal for some reason!

  3. I am stocking up on pumpkin this weekend (just in case that shortage I keep hearing about it true) beucase I’ve missed pumpkin oats so much! I love how crazy filling it is, too.
