Overnight Muesli

Last night, knowing that we would have to get up early and head to the airport, I made some overnight muesli.

Using Bob’s Red Mill’s Muesli, I soaked 1 cup in 1 1/2 cups vanilla soymilk.


In the morning, I added a banana, sliced up.


Apparently Muesli doesn’t absorb as much as oats.


Off to the airport! See you on the flip side!

  3. one of my favorite things in oats is naners!! I forgot my oatmeal at home this morning…boo.

  4. This was a great breakfast to have on a morning when we needed to get out the door. Low stress and tasted great.
